Ni80Cr20 nichrome alloy has outstanding comprehensive performance and obvious advantages.

 

It owns stable electrical resistivity, uniform heat generation and excellent high-temperature oxidation resistance. It can long-term work under 1200℃ without easy oxidation, scaling or deformation.

 

With high tensile strength up to 750MPa, the wire is tough and not easy to break during winding and installation.

It features long service life, stable heating effect and low attenuation after long-time operation.

 

Good corrosion resistance, reliable mechanical property and easy processing. It is the preferred heating alloy material for civil home appliances and industrial high-temperature furnace equipment.
